We offer 3 layers of service aimed at e-commerce businesses
which can be contracted in combination
or as individual services.
Warehousing & Inventory Management
We will store your products and manage your inventory and stock checks for you. Storage is quoted based on cubic meterage and is scaleable over time depending on your needs,
Pick-Pack-n-Ship
We will pick the stock, pack it, label it and courier it to the required destination.
This can include bespoke packaging requirements for boutiques that require tissue paper, ribbons and message cards and information sheets to be packed with each item.
Customer Queries on Order, Returns & Replenishment
We will handle customer queries on orders and deliveries as well as returns.
If we are warehousing your stock, we will also manage the replenishment of inventory post order.
Product Related Services
We also offer clients a range of services enabling them to
get their products to market and shelf-ready.
Labelling & Relabelling
We offer garment labelling and packing requirements, including adding swing tags, packing or
repackaging items.
We sew and source branded labels and care labels according to international standards and compliance.
Garment Finishing & Alterations
Clients manufacturing offshore occasionally require amendments or or further technical finishing of their bulk stock to ensure compliance with QA standards and shelf readiness.
Assembly of Components
Specialised products and homewares produced from individually made or sourced components require complex assembly and packing.
We can handle this end-to-end service, from the component manufacturing to the assembly and packing of the items.
